The main purpose of this task is to call for a post-problem review, if requested by the Client or if the problem was severe enough to warrant a complete post-mortem, or if the problem was deemed to have been poorly managed. |

Main Description
Problem Manager must review and ensure that all descriptions, Root Cause Analysis, permanent solution recorded in the KEDB
and the impacted technology configuration items are properly placed and documented.
Post implementation review is done for major problems (high severity problems) as per Business requests. This review
captures the implementation lessons learnt which can be further used for training and awareness sessions. Major problem
reviews can also be a source of input to proactive problem management through identification of underlying causes that may
be discovered during the review. The knowledge gained from these reviews can be used to prevent the problems from
recurrence or similar problems from occurring.
